1. Our Junk Removal Services

Junk Busters provides full-service residential, commercial, furniture/appliance, yard waste, construction debris, and estate cleanout services. Our service includes loading, hauling, and proper disposal, recycling, or donation of unwanted items. While our team handles all heavy lifting, we do not haul hazardous materials, chemicals, flammable liquids, or toxic waste due to safety and legal regulations.

2. Property Safety & Assumption of Risk

Our crew exercises maximum care while loading items and navigating your premises. However, customers agree to ensure safe access to the pickup area (clear pathways, unlocked gates, and restrained pets). You confirm that you hold ownership or legal right to dispose of all items presented for removal. Junk Busters, its haulers, and staff are not liable for pre-existing property damage, hidden structural wear, or unmentioned site hazards.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Services must be booked in advance online or via phone. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window (or after our crew has dispatched) may incur a nominal trip fee. Repeated no-shows or lack of property access upon arrival may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

4. Payments & Upfront Quotes

Our team provides an all-inclusive, upfront price quote on-site before any work begins, based on volume, weight, and item type. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the haul-away service via cash, credit card, or approved electronic payment. Completed haul-away services and labor are non-refundable once items have been loaded and removed from the property.

5. Customer Commitment & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information regarding the volume, weight, and nature of the items to be removed. Abusive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward our hauling crews, or failure to disclose hazardous materials, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of service.

6. Service Materials & Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, promotional materials, pricing guidelines, and brand assets associated with Junk Busters are for personal viewing only and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent from Junk Busters.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Information you share with Junk Busters, including your address, phone number, payment information, and property details, is kept strictly confidential and used solely to fulfill your service request. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your personal data.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Junk Busters reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate any removal job at our discretion if site conditions are deemed unsafe, if hazardous items are discovered, or in cases of non-payment or violation of these terms.
