Privacy Policy

At Junk Busters, your privacy is foundational to the trust at the heart of every client relationship. We are fully committed to protecting your personal and location information with the same care and intentionality we bring to every haul-away service. We collect only what is necessary to serve you — and nothing more.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with Junk Busters — whether scheduling a pickup, requesting a free estimate, or reaching out with a question — we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and pickup address to manage your account and deliver our services. We may also collect service-related information you voluntarily share, such as photos of items to be removed, property access details, and specific handling instructions. This information is used solely to provide accurate quotes and deliver a smooth cleanout experience. We also collect limited usage data — such as page visits and session duration — to improve our website and customer experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver fast and reliable junk removal services, process bookings and payments, send appointment reminders, provide arrive-time updates, and communicate service details relevant to you. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our website, service routes, and operational efficiency. You will never be personally identified in any analytics or reporting we produce.

3. Property & Service Data

We treat all property, location, and service-related information you share with Junk Busters with the highest level of discretion and sensitivity. Your home address, property layouts, and specific items hauled are kept strictly confidential. This information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. It is shared only with the specific hauling crew and dispatch staff assigned to your job, and only to the extent necessary to safely complete your pickup.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers — such as secure payment processors, scheduling software, and mapping/navigation platforms — only when necessary to deliver our services to you. All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not allow them to use your information for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Security

Junk Busters uses industry-standard security practices — including encrypted connections, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and location information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While no system is completely immune to risk, we continuously review and strengthen our security processes so your data remains protected at all times.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also ask us to restrict how we process your data or to receive a copy of what we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights or ask privacy-related questions, please contact us at support@junkbusters.com (or your business email). We aim to respond to all requests within 14 business days.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or as regulatory requirements change. Any significant changes will be communicated directly via email or posted on this page. Continued use of Junk Busters services following an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
